Fundraisers and charity collections (ie canned food drive, clothing collections, etc.) require board approval.  If you would like to organize one, please submit the following information.  The board meets on the last Monday of each month.  Please be sure to submit your request in a timely fashion and factor in the amount of time post approval that you will need for publicity.
